RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pawlicious, your satisfaction — and your pet’s happiness — mean the world to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

Note: Perishable items (like treats or food) cannot be returned if opened or used.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank.

🔁 Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just reach out within 7 days with a photo of the item and your order number.

🚚 Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For other returns (like a change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
